omg...what i could do with that building. i love re-doing places! i live right in the middle of the city. when i stand on my front porch i hear sirens, cars, bikes, tourists, yada yada! when i walk in my back yard i am out in the country with a gurgling brook and birds and i hear nothing else. it is heaven! plus it took me years and a lot of hard work but it was worth it!
