A Thousand Words
From helicopters to jet planes in the air to the incredibly high ratio of police to civilians and the sea of turquoise clad volunteers; and then there were all the stone cairns lining the sea wall around Science World, with all this activity you'd think that somethings happening here....
The opening ceremonies for this little thing called the Olympics are tomorrow night. I'm not sure if I'll be watching them all. I'll let you know.

I am a bit conflicted as well.... love supporting Canadian athletes, but a lot of the stuff seems like a cash grab... $1200+ for hockey tickets?! Eeeep!
